The exquisitely finished boutique’s exterior produces an overwhelming impression upon visitors.Mr. Julien Tomare emphasized the significant role of the boutique in serving the most discerning clients in Korea and revealed high expectations and confidence for the growing local market. “Although Haute Horlogerie enthusiasts know us well, it is worthwhile recalling a few facts: Vacheron Constantin is the world’s oldest watch manufacture and since 1755, our Maison has been proudly promoting workmanship by designing, developing and producing exceptional timepieces that combine technical research, inspired designs and peerless finishing.”
On the occasion of the grand opening, a special demonstration by a Swiss watchmaking artisan was performed within the generously proportioned 70 square meters boutique. High complication timepieces including the latest minute repeaters and exclusive boutique models were on display for preview. After relishing the boutique exhibition, the guests were invited to an exclusive gala dinner at Pierre Gagnaire a Seoul, a Michelin 3-Star restaurant which opened in 2008. Authentic French cuisine was awaiting the guests, with an original menu created by Chef Pierre Gagnaire, reinforcing the shared values of “the pursuit of creativity and a passion for art”. The evening culminated with the performance of jazz musicians whose breezy tunes gracefully helped the event reach its climax.
